The motor case also broke for an off-roader & for a street rider (who may not have anchored the motor to the frame; BB bearings break; a design flaw causes the motor case to perforate the frame; installation video; free software controller & control panel both exist; crank arms have an absurd Q-factor & should be replaced to correct pedal asymetry anyway. Crank arms are compatible with Bafang & Shimano Steps FC-E6000
